三 | 实施乐昌峡、南水、锦潭等上游水库联合调度，共拦蓄洪水2.1亿立方米，削减飞来峡水库入库流量1300立方米每秒；调度飞来峡水库拦蓄洪水2.04亿立方米，削减北江洪峰流量1800立方米每秒；及时使用西南涌、芦苞涌分洪，有效减轻下游堤防行洪压力；及时组织转移危险区群众，确保人员安全。

四 | 　　通过系统、科学、有序调度，极大缓解了北江严峻的防洪形势，避免了潖江蓄滞洪区启用，减轻了北江大堤防洪压力，确保了粤港澳大湾区等重点保护对象防洪安全。
